How it Works
The Sales Diagnostics consist of three simple steps: information
gathering, analysis, reporting.
- Step 1: Gather needed information.
You will select a team of 3-5 people from your company to participate in
the diagnostics and the CEO must be part of this team. We will first
conduct a preliminary online survey, followed by a 20-min, one-to-one
interview for follow-up questions. - Step 2: Analyze Findings.
- Once we have gathered the background information needed, we will analyze this
information to see where the gaps and bottlenecks may be that are
preventing you from achieving the sales levels that you desire - Step 3: Report our findings.
